Payment

I accept PayPal from anyone and checks or money orders from US residents and banks only. I prefer PayPal for payment. You can pay with PayPal even if you don't have an account. There is a form to fill out at the login screen after you hit the Pay with PayPal button here on Artfire. PayPal payment is due within 3 days unless other arrangements are in place before hand. Check or money orders must be received within 7 business days, again, unless previously discussed. Please contact me if you are paying with a check or money order to let me know when it is on its way. All items will be shipped once payment has cleared.

Buying Fabric

Occasionally, when buying fabric from me, the end of the bolt can come up a little short. Most of the time it is only a few inches short. In these cases, I will refund you the cost of 1/2 a yard to make up for the difference via paypal.

Shipping

Once a payment has cleared, I will generally ship within 24 hours. If there is a delay for some reason, I will contact you via email. I send everything through USPS Priority mail, which usually means a 2-3 day shipping time in the U.S. I will include tracking when available and inform you via email when your item is shipped.


I mail Priority International for international orders. Please be aware, international orders MAY be subject to duty taxes by your country's customs. You are responsible for these. Shipping time internationally is usually 4-6 days.



Refunds and Exchanges

If something comes to you damaged, I will fix it. Please contact me to make arrangements. I will accept returns within 10 days of the day you receive it and you must have prior consent from me. The item must be in its original condition. All returns are for store credit only. I cannot give cash refunds.
