Shipping made 3-4 days from payment receipt.
Shipping usually made the first business day after payment receipt.

Returns for full refund (less shipping) to be made within 7 days of receipt of items(s).
Buyer pays return shipping.

Custom work: Items that do not have personalized information on them follow rule above. Any personalized items will not be accepted for return.

ALL Returns must have a RMN. Please contact me for Return Merchandise Number (RMN) prior to mailing return. Returns received without and RMN will delay refunds up to 2 weeks.
