Smaller prints are shipped flat in a plastic sleeve between thick cardboard and then placed in a cardboard envelope. Large prints are shipped in a plastic sleeve in a heavy cardboard tube. All care is taken to get your prints to you undamaged âEUR\" but if any should occur in shipping, please contact me immediately Refunds and Exchanges - If you have ANY issues with any item that you have purchased, please contact me. If you are not satisfied with the final print that you receive, please feel free to contact me within 10 days of receipt and I will be glad to provide a refund or exchange upon your return of the print in the same condition that it was sent in and pay the return shipping costs.
