We strive to ship your product within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped USPS. Any insurance would be an additional cost unless otherwise indicated in the posting. If you are unhappy with your purchase or find any defects, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 10 business days. At this time books are not returnable as they are autographed. If you wish to see a preview of my book prior to purchase you may check it out on Amazon.com. There are times when repairs may be necessary and if there is a fault with the construction of the piece it will be repaired free of charge. Any other repairs will be charged a minimum of $10.00. Please be sure that sizing is correct on any piece prior to purchase. If you need a piece resized, please contact me prior to purchase. As all my items are individually handmade, no two are ever the same, so resizing may have a nominal fee to cover cost of materials.
