PAYMENT Payment is by credit card and Paypal only. Items are shipped as soon as possible after payment clears. SHIPPING Orders are packaged in bubble envelopes and shipped by first class mail. I ship every weekday, so as soon as possible, your jewelry will be in the mail..... which in most cases will be within 2 days of getting your order.....Realistically, for the US and Canada, most deliveries should occur about 8 to10 days after your order date depending on where you are on the continent, how far you are from a major city, and the vagaries of your local postal system. Overseas deliveries will, of course, take longer, but in any case should you feel that too much time has passed without delivery please contact me. Any duties and brokerage fees are the resonsibility of the purchaser..(so far, after over 1000 sales on various sites, there haven't been any......they generally only crop up when shipping internationally by UPS and Fedex, and I don't use either of them.) REFUNDS In the case of any damage, dissatisfaction or non-arrival, please contact me so we can work out a solution......in most situations I offer a full refund or replacement at my expense.........I generally subscribe to the "customer is always right" philosophy!
