Always welcome! I love the challenge to create something fantastic and unique. I can create matching necklaces for a bridesmaids' party, or a beaded chain on which to string your favorite pendant. Please contact me for options and pricing information.

Payment policies:
For credit/debit card payments or paypal purchases, credit card processing information must be received within 3 days of purchase of item. For check or money order, payment must be received within 7 business days. Please allow 10 business days for checks to clear before expecting items to be shipped.
Shipping policies:
All items are shipped insured and with delivery confirmation, which is included in the shipping charge. This is to ensure the safety of your item. For purchases over $100, either of a single item or multiple sales (with the exception of parasols), even though there is no shipping charge, these items are still sent with delivery confirmation. Return receipt is available at purchaser's request, at standard postal rates. Shipping charges for parasols and hats are higher to accommodate for increased postal rates for odd-sized packages. Parasols are sent parcel post, so please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Priority mail postage for parasols runs about $40 at the new postal rates. If you wish quicker delivery, please contact me at time of purchase to make arrangements for additional postal fees.
Although my listings show sales to the United States only, I will ship outside the US. Please contact me before making a purchase, and I will adjust the listing accordingly.
Returns:
Items that have become damaged in the course of normal wear may be returned for repair at no charge. Unworn, undamaged pieces in original condition may be accepted for return if contacted within 7 days of receipt for store credit, if they are found to be not as described.

Please think carefully before purchasing. Artfire is not a department store, where returns are a simple transaction, but a marketplace for individual artists who hand-craft each piece. As such, a return is much more serious for us than a large department store chain. I would hope that you, as a buyer, would consider more carefully about making a purchase here. Although returns are welcome in the case of a piece being not described accurately in the listing, changing your mind about a piece has much more serious consequences for the artisans who sell on this online venue.
