Should a total refund be desired, the piece in question should be returned to me in the same condition it was received in. Notice should be given within 24 hours of receipt of the item in question of the intent to return or exchange. I will need to receive the item back within seven days for a full refund, with the exception of postage...postage cannot be refunded. For out of country returns, as well as postage costs, please contact me for further instruction prior to purchasing.
