Thanks so much for supporting my love of crafting! I am constantly inspired to create all types of things!
Payment
Payment is due within 3 days, unless you contact me and we have agreed to other arrangements. I prefer payment by paypal, in any form (transfer, credit card, e-check). I also accept check or money orders, but will not ship until payment has cleared the bank. I can process credit cards as well through my own processing upon request.Note: International buyers must pay by paypal!! THANKS!
Shipping
Most items are shipped by first class with delivery confirmation. I can ship by priority and express, just convo me prior to paying and I will update the invoice for you. I can also add insurance for those interested as well, as I am not responsible for packages that you do not insure once they are shipped. I charge actual shipping, no handling fees.
Please note: International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries
Refunds and Exchanges
As each and every item is handmade with painstaking love, I do not accept returns, unless the item was misrepresented. Please contact me asap with any issues you may have.
Additional Policies and FAQs
The majority of my items are custom made to order so that they can be customized to buyer's specs, so they do not generally ship same day. I ship most items out in a week or less...although during the busy gift giving and wedding seasons they can take up to 3 weeks. Please contact me if there are time constraints and you can upgrade to faster shipping or discuss special requests. Thanks so much!
