At this time I only accept PAYPAL as a form of payment.
If you pay via PayPal eCheck, that's cool with me. But I will not ship until the eCheck clears, which is usually 3-8 business days.
* I generally ship ASAP, within 1-3 business days of your order, though usually much sooner, and of course excluding weekends or postal holidays. (I always let you know when there will be an unusual delay.) I do my best to get your orders out as quickly as I can for you.
I pack all items securely insuring that they arrive safely and in mint condition, with delivery confirmation included for domestic US orders.
Don't forget to double check your listed mailing address. If your address in your ArtFire OR your PayPal profile is incorrect or don't match one another, please let me know ASAP and I will make sure that your order is shipped to your best & most recent address. If your PayPal and ArtFire address do not match, I will ship your purchases to your ArtFire invoice address as the default, provided at the time of purchase, unless you let me know otherwise. I totally just want you to get your stuff! ;-) If neither address is correct then I am in no way liable for it not being received.
If you wish for your item to be insured, I can do so but an additional charge calculated by the price of your item will apply. Convo me first and we'll work it out. The shipping charge includes both shipping and handling.

Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not in any way responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
* I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If it arrives damaged I am happy to work with you to make it right! I will accept items for return within 5 days of receipt. However, buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
