*I ship parcel post unless otherwise requested by the buyer. All shipping expenses will be paid for by the buyer. This can include insurance if requested.
*I do not accept exchanges. Sorry.
*Returns are only accepted if the item in question arrives damaged. Photographic evidence will be needed before a return will be arranged.
*Custom work must be paid for via paypal upfront and in full before the piece will be created. I will allow payment to be delayed in the event that a design has not been decided upon between the designer and the buyer.
*Should special supplies need to be ordered for a custom order, the cost of those supplies will NOT be refunded in the event of a "change of heart".
*I will not knowingly copy the design of another artist.
