Q. Do you offer custom orders?

A. YES! We welcome custom orders of all kinds. We offer private and custom labeling and even custom scent design! We can create almost any scent, so please contact us with any special requests.



Q. Do you offer wholesale?

A. Yes. Pricing depends on the types of product requested, scents, and quantities. Please contact us directly for price quotes.



Q. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

A. While all skin reacts differently, we have found our products to be quite gentle on the skin and have thus far not had any complaint regarding this issue. We recommend our aloe or shea butter soaps for those of you that have sensitive skin!



Q. Do you offer unscented and dye-free products?

A. Yes! All of our products can be formulated into unscented and/or color-free versions.



Q. What products do you offer that are "paraben free"?

A. All of our products are paraben free with the exception of the following products: body lotions, body butters, shower gels, and bubble baths.



Payment

Payment is due with in 7 days of purchase unless you contact me prior to purchase. All items not paid in full will be re-listed and reported.



Shipping

I ship all packages via either USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via Air Mail unless prior arrangements are made. International orders weighing over 4 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH PAY PAL PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PAY PAL ACCOUNT. IF YOU WISH TO SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS YOU MUST ADD THAT ADDRESS TO YOUR PAY PAL ACCOUNT AND SELECT IT DURING CHECKOUT.



Handling time can vary according to the time of year. Typically during the spring and summer months our handling time is 3-5 business days. During the fall and winter months handling time can range from 7-10 business days.



Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns on UNOPENED SEALED items only. Returns must be initiated with in 3 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.



If you wish to purchase shipping insurance to protect against damages, then please let me know prior to purchase.
