SHIPPING:
We ship within two to three business days of receiving payment using regular airmail from Hong Kong. Shipping may take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for international orders depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
For orders of US $30.00 or more (excluding shipping) we will upgrade your shipping to express shipping with tracking. We will email you with a tracking number once it has been shipped.
*** TRACKING: For orders under US $30.00 we can ship your package using registered mail which comes with tracking only takes 7 to 10 business days for an additional US $2.50.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

1) An order goes missing in the mail.
Please wait for a month to pass before assuming your order has gone missing! Sometimes international orders can take a while simply due to the distance it has to travel as well as the customs it has to go through in your country and mine.
2) If your order is incomplete.
If you find that your order is incomplete, please email us immediately with photos of the original package (both front and back) especially of the customs & insurance form on the back of the package as it will help us clarify how many of which items we've sent to you. If it is a mistake on our part, we will compensate you for your missing items.

What happens if your order is damaged on the way over to you?
We take great care in packaging our products, all items are bubble wrapped and sent in bubble mailers but accidents do happen so if your item arrives damaged in the mail, please email us for further instructions on how to get a replacement.
We will work with you to sort out any issues that may arise. Please note that items are only replaced once.
