PayPal payment is expected immediately at checkout. We are a store and no different from shopping at any physical store. Unpaid shopping carts are immediately re-listed. Artfire shipping charges are difficult to refine. For smaller orders, our shipping charges are fairly accurate. For orders greater than 10-15 bars, the Artfire calculated shipping charges are often too high. We always refund shipping & handling overcharges to your Paypal account. Our business is making and selling soap, not excessive shipping charges. That said, we ship the least expensive method possible. For 3 bars or less, we ship USPS first class or media mail postage. There is no insurance provided for smaller shipments. For larger shipments, we usually ship USPS Priority Mail regional flat rate boxes. INSURANCE: WE ONLY INSURE PACKAGES ON REQUEST. For orders over $100, we impose insurance and this is non-negotiable. For international shipments, we now ship USPS Priority only. This means that a single bar of soap costs $16.95 to ship. For this shipment price, please order 3-5 bars of soap to make the service worthwhile. Shipments of more than 5 bars of soap will be billed at the going rate and are based on weight.
