Cross stitch patterns will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We do not accept return on the patterns as they are sent via email, so please be sure you order the correct one. All other items will be posted within 3 working days of receipt of payment. We will only accept returns if the goods are faulty, as we check before postage to ensure all items are in good condition, we hope that you should not need to return it. On returns we do not pay for the return postage, sorry about that.
