Welcome to my studio... Due to the nature of wood with its varying grains and colors, no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Keychains and such that I make to order are the wood species stated in my ad, but will be of a slighly different grain pattern and the color may be lighter or darker than the sample shown. They are carved freehand in a typestyle that I have developed with strength and readability in mind, so no two will ever be exactly the same. No patterns, templates or computer aided devices are used in making these. Also, I am improving but I am not a photographer. Sorry if some of my pics are a little fuzzy. I can usually carve and ship your item(s) within 3 business days via the U.S. Post Office, First Class Mail and First Class Mail International. Delivery for First Class Mail is usually 3-5 business days from mailing.* Delivery for First Class Mail International is usually 10-14 business days from mailing.* *These are estimated guidelines and may be quicker or slower depending on where you live. Once mailed, I have no control over the item. Please make sure your shipping address is updated when you place an order. Shipping "everywhere else" for keychains is US $3.00. This is a blanket charge, whether you are getting one keychain or fifty. Buyers are responsible for any "duties" or customs charges that their country imposes. These will be shipped First Class Mail International. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact me and we'll work something out. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges... If you are not happy with my products for any reason, simply ship them back to me within seven (7) days, and I will refund your money. Guarantee... My standard keychains are so durable that I guarantee them for life against breaking. So if you purchase one of my standard keychains and it ever breaks, just return it to me and I'll make you a new one.
