Payment earthegy accepts payments by paypal, propay, and amazon payments. Shipments go out once full payment is received. 5% Virginia state sales tax will be added to all orders from Virginia upon checkout. Shipping earthegy ships within the US using First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. For international shipments earthegy uses International First Class without tracking. Orders are mailed out within 24 hours unless it's a postal holiday or I'm on a rare vacation. If I do take that rare vacation, the shop will remain open with a notice of when items will be shipped upon my return. Custom Orders I'm happy to work with you to design the perfect piece. Once we come up with your perfect design I can quote you a price. Your custom order will be set up as a reserve listing and must be paid in full before I start on the piece. Once payment is received I can usually have your item finished within a day or two and off in the mail to you. Refunds and Exchanges Should you have any problems whatsoever with your purchase I offer a lifetime warranty. Send an item back and receive a refund, repair, or comparable replacement. If you pay the postage to return your item to me, I will pay the postage to ship a repaired item or replacement back to you. Additional Policies and FAQs All items are shipped in a pillow box perfect for gift giving, unless your order is too large for my boxes. Invoice and pricing information will not be included in your package unless you specifically request it. Should you need additional gift boxes, just let me know, and I'd be happy to include them in your package. Regarding Changes to your item: Because I often permanently wrap gemstones into necklaces and cannot just add onto a cut chain with a seamless link, I cannot lengthen a necklace chain without destroying the entire piece. I can however shorten a chain just by redoing the clasp. If you need your necklace in a different length please email me at earthegy@gmail.com. Handcrafted earrings are made with 20 gauge wire, which is standard for all earrings. Bracelets can often be shortened or lengthened easily depending on the piece, so if in doubt, please send me a string measurement of your wrist with your order, or contact me if your item needs resizing. I much prefer that you be wearing your earthegy product and showing it off than having it collect dust in a jewelry box because it doesn't fit properly. Regarding Gemstones: I don't know too many jewelry designers that can afford to send out every gemstone purchase they make for authenticity testing, and I certainly can't at my pricing level. My descriptions of stones are based on the information I received when I made the purchase, nothing more nothing less. Should you make a purchase and feel that your gemstones are not the quality you were hoping for you are welcome to return or exchange your item under my return policies stated above.
