CANCELLATION POLICY Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed for 24 hours. Any order placed as rush order or if materials have to ordered due to customer request for special non stock items can not be canceled once placed NO EXCEPTIONS. All other orders that are canceled with in 24 hours will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. SHIPPING POLICY Please allow up to 12 business days for production on all orders with custom embroidery unless other wise stated on that items listing. Orders containing 6 or more custom monogrammed items please allow up to 15 buisness days for production. During holiday rush and or other busy seasons such as back to school and Wedding season March and April shipping times may be little longer. During these busy seasons please refer to shop announcements as well as item listings for up to date order processing times. REFUND POLICY We make personalized gift-giving easy, fast and letter-perfect -- we guarantee it! We select only the highest quality gifts, which are then customized just for you! We inspect every item for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special. We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a product defect . All refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. Always present or enter your characters exactly how you would like them to appear on the item! FEMALE INITIALS Females generally put initials in the order of First Name, Last Name, Middle Name. The Center Initial Will Be Slightly Larger When Monogrammed Example: Anna Claire Brown would be ( ABC ) with center initial "B" larger MALE INITIALS Males generally put initials in the order of First Name, Middle Name, Last Name. All letters are the same size when monogrammed. Example: John David Smith would be ( JDS ) LINE OF TEXT OR NAME Keep the number of characters under 12 per line of text unless other wise stated on item listing. Characters include all numbers, letters, punctuation, and spaces. Please keep in mind , the more characters selected, the smaller the personalization will be.
