IMPORTANT NOTE: We do NOT process ANY orders over the weekend. WE NO LONGER WILL SHIP TO ITALY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds and Exchanges: All sales are FINAL as each piece is handmade and unique. Unless there is severe damage to the jewelry itself, we will gladly replace it after we are contacted and the original purchase is returned via reputable carrier of your choice with Delivery Confirmation. "Buyers' Remorse" or "Change of Heart" for ANY reason are NOT grounds for a refund or replacement. Please excercise good judgement BEFORE placing your order and ask any questions you may have.
