PAYMENT We accept payment through paypal. You don't have to an account to make payment just have your debit or credit card ready and follow the instruction. Please make prompt payments within 24 hrs if possible. The sooner you pay the faster I can get you your items. In some cases we will accept checks or money orders. The items will not be shipped till the check has cleared which can take a week or longer. Please convo me for details. Shipping We use First Class Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. I can do some rush orders upon request depending on my workload at the time. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected or that are delayed. **PRIORITY MAIL IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST, YOU MUST ASK FOR IT, ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY** Please let me know if you want insurance or delivery confirmation and I will adjust your total to include it. (This does cost quite a bit of money) Most items are shipped in 5-10 days from payment. Usually sooner than later depending on workload for the week :) We can ship just about anywhere please convo to get specific shipping details. Refunds and Exchanges We want you to be satisfied with your product. If you have a problem or concern please let me know. Any item still in new condition can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping costs or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange please email or convo me with details and I will let you know how to proceed. :) Please know that since all products are handmade, each item's size can vary slightly. A brand new hat needs to be allowed to break in and conform to your head's unique shape. Color's also vary slightly due to dye lot, your monitor's settings, and photography lighting..
