PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

Shipping
We take pride in shipping in-stock items as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped via USPS unless specified. Insurance, confirmation, etc. is optional and can be added on to your order.

Custom/made-to-order items are often processed on the weekends. If this may be an issue, please contact us ahead of time to determine if a listing is an in-stock item or made-to-order.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom orders.

If you have a deadline please contact us ahead of time to coordinate.

Rush orders may be accomodated for an additional fee if discussed prior to ordering.

International orders are welcome, but please contact us first to determine shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of many items, personlized/custom orders are non-refundable. However, if you have an issue with your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. Returns/exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.
