SHIPPING AND PAYMENT: USPS or UPS ground are used for most shipping in the USA unless otherwise specified. Merchandise plus all shipping and handling charges are required to be paid in advance prior to shipping, this includes delivery charges to destinations outside of the United States and/or faster shipping. Custom orders need to have payment paid before anything is started. Some items show shipping charges for destinations outside of the United States, if you don't see that option listed for an item and would like to purchase it, contact me and I will get you a price. I will also give you a price for quicker shipping. I always e-mail you when you order a product and indicate the day of shipping. A business card and packing slip are included for more contact information. Tracking number will be uploaded to your e-mail on the same day as the shipping date for your reference. Pay pal is accepted and will honor most of your credit cards. E-payments are accepted, and will be shipped after payment is received, usually 3-5 business day. Everything in the shop is ready to ship, unless otherwise specified, and will ship in 2-3 business days, unless otherwise indicated. STAINED GLASS AND PICTURES: are shipped UPS ground, Fed-Ex ground, or International Express. They are insured for the full mount of your payment. Tracking number will be uploaded to your e-mail on the same day as the shipping date for your reference. A Signature is required upon receipt of the picture or stained glass. DAMAGED ITEMS: If, your item is damaged during the transit, please contact me immediately so, I may process an insurance claim, if applicable.
