Shipping My designs are made to order and normally take me 5-8 days to make and ship, although in busy periods it can take up to 14 days. If you need your order by a certain date please let me know. Shipping is normally by 1st Class for UK and Airmail for everywhere else, except where otherwise stated. Larger items are normally sent insured mail. Shipping to the US takes 10-28 days, normally only around 10 but on rare occassions can take up to a month. Refunds and Exchanges I accept returns. Each return is handled on a case by case basis. IMPORTANT: Sizing / Product Measurements Please ensure that your measurements are checked against our sizes as outlined in our size guide as all our designs are made to order. If the wrong size is ordered please be aware that a refund / order cancelation is not possible in this instance. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase but please realise that our designs are made especially for you when you place an order. However, we do realise that mistakes can be made and we consider any issues on a case by case basis. The item(s) you have ordered can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please check all items upon receipt for the correct size and condition. All items must be in their original packing with tags and unused. This excludes lingerie, hosiery and cosmetics due to hygiene reasons. If you order the wrong size or the wrong garment/item or even if you are just not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange it and only charge the cost of posting you the replacement. Any items being returned from outside the UK must have a label on the package saying "Returned goods originally from the UK". Please email before returning any items. Any items returned to us in unacceptable condition (ie make up or deodorant stains from trying on clothing) or not within specified timescale may be returned to you. If your item is damaged or lost in the post we will process a compensatory claim on your behalf with Royal Mail. You can choose to have your order sent by registered post, please email us for costs before placing your order.
