Submit your Artwork for Approval: Because of the complexity of some designs, all custom designs will be subject to approval by Etching Essense. The preferred method of artwork delivery is via email attachment in one of several PC formats. However, you can mail it using standard mail. Etching Essense wants to create an exceptional glass decoration, and to do that, we ask that you send the best quality image files you have. Please convert MAC format files to PC format before sending. Preferred PC formats: TIFF (.tif) JPEG (.jpg) GIF (.gif) ADOBE PHOTOSHOP (PSD) (.psd) 2. Provide a minimum of contact information to include: your name, telephone number and email address. If you would like, you can contact by emailing etchingessense@gmail.com 3. Artwork Approval: Once your artwork is received, it will be reviewed for its suitability for glass etching. A proof of the artwork will be provided for your approval prior to the actual etching process. Etching Essense reserves the right to clean up and/or adjust artwork without prior notification as necessary to bring artwork up to proper quality, strength or size for glass etching. 4. All custom orders must be paid in advance. Payment can be made by postal money order or PayPal ( the preferred method of payment). 5. Turn around time for personalized items is about 2-3 weeks. 6. Shipment method USPS or UPS. Items shipped when completed
