---SHIPPING--- At this time, shipping information is only given for orders shipping within the United States. If you are from another country and would like to order, please send us a message with what you are interested in, along with your country. We will email you back with the shipping fee to your country. If you would like to proceed, a private listing will be set up for you. Most orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, or First Class Mail (depending on weight), and when needed, UPS. * Delivery confirmation and tracking numbers are provided with Priority Mail shipments. * Orders usually ship within one to three days. Please allow extra time for large orders or custom formulations. Additional time may be needed, as products are made fresh to order. --- INSURANCE --- Insurance is optional but recommended. Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for the added protection of insurance. We can not replace or refund for lost or damaged packages without insurance coverage. ---PAYMENT--- We accept Pay Pal, and Amazon Payments. * If you are paying with Pay Pal, you do NOT need a Pay Pal account to purchase using your credit/debit card. ---REFUNDS--- Due to the personal nature of skin care products and local hygiene laws, we do not accept returns for exchange. All sales are final. * However, if you are unhappy with your product, we want to know why, and will work to resolve any problems. * If any refunds are agreed to be issued, shipping and payment fees will not be refunded.
