Items need to be returned with-in 14 days of shipping date. For all handmade items returned due to workmanship defects, there will be no restocking fee. Returns on handmade items due to any other reason will be subject to a US $2.00 restocking fee. This fee will be taken from monies returned to you by the seller. Postage fees are non refundable.

Custom orders: There is no extra charge for custom orders unless you are adding extras to items. Custom orders will be completed and shipped after a clear payment has been received.

Regular shipments will be sent 5-7 business days after receipt of clear payment. For US orders: I will be shipping First Class, but Priority and Express mail options are available. For international orders I will be using Global Flat Rate Priority.
