Welcome
PLEASE NOTE: FabricFarrago is a one woman operation. I personally make, pack, and ship everything myself. Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me via convo prior to leaving feedback. I will be happy to work with you on returns, replacements, refunds, etc.
Payment
Payment must be made within three days of purchase. I typically send a reminder on Art Fire through a message and/or a Paypal invoice. If payment is not received and no contact is established, I reserve the right to leave appropriate feedback and cancel the transaction.

I only accept Paypal at this time.


Shipping
**If you need to place a rush order, please contact me via conversation (NOT email) to check if a rush order is possible at the time.**

Your purchase will be shipped within 7 days of the original order/payment date. All items are shipped in bubble envelopes or boxes (many boxes will be recycled/reused ones in order to be earth-friendly). If you would like shipping insurance, please message me, as this will be added to the shipping price.

International Orders: The customer/buyer is responsible for all duties/customs fees that are incurred on a package. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked "other."

Packaging:
Orders are now shipped in a handmade muslin bag, and tied with a ribbon. I hope that you will be able to reuse this small bag. Here are some suggestions for reuse:
- package a small gift inside and put your own gift tag in the pocket
- put an apple, banana, or orange inside and stash in your purse for a snack
- give it to your kids to put their toys in for car rides
- put a book inside, and fold over the top to protect the book when you put it in your bag/purse
- use it to store all those cords and add-ons for your iPod, mp3 player, or camera

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me via message here on Art Fire (not email) if you have a problem with your order. I value creating a positive experience for my customers. In general, if there is a problem with your order or you are not satisfied, I will accept returns. Once I receive the return, you will receive a refund, minus any shipping costs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom Orders Information:
Custom sets of thumbtacks or magnets can be made from almost any fabric in my shop. Both large (3/4") and small (1/2") thumbtacks are available. Please contact me via message here on Art Fire if you are interested in something but you don't see it listed in my shop.
Custom notebook covers in different sizes or fabrics are available. Please contact me and we can work on colors, sizes, etc.
Custom necklaces are available. Please contact me with specifics (i.e. color, length, etc.). While most of my necklaces are made with 3/4" wood beads, skinnier necklaces with 5/8" or 1/2" wood beads are available.

All custom orders are subject to the availability of fabrics. I typically purchase in small quantities, so my supply of most fabrics is limited. While I will purchase additional or special fabrics upon request, please keep in mind that this will add additional time (up to three weeks) to the creation of your custom order.

Resale: Items purchased may NOT be resold unless written permission is obtained. If you are interested in reselling or purchasing wholesale, please contact me before making a purchase. UPDATE: At this time I am only accepting wholesale orders for my fabric necklaces and picnic placemats. If you are interested in carrying my thumbtacks or pushpins for wholesale, please check back for an update this summer. Thank you.
