If you buy a strand - they are unaltered from my original purchase - they are purchased as is, which includes any possible flawed stones.
When I first tried buying gems online I got some real stinkers. Not a happy camper. So I started using my sales tax license to go to the Houston International Gem Show every quarter and buy gem stones personally for my jewelry business.
Then I decided to start buying them in bulk and selling the extra in vintage/supply shop. I decided to break down the strands instead of selling them as is for two reasons:
1) To remove all unusable stones which are of poor quality or broken (there are always some)
2) Price stones based on amount divided by wholesale amount for a starting point, if needed I then separate stones by grade and adjust prices as needed (at this point I also hold back any stones for use in my own jewelry)
So that's why I break down most of my strands and sell by the stone or bulk stones. It's rare to find a strand that doesn't have bad stones in it. That way you know all the stones you get are all usable and what ever grade I've stated. No bad stones from FFM Supplies!
~I ship to paypal addresses or the primary address listed with your Artfire account if you did not pay by paypal; make sure your paypal address is current and correct. Otherwise contact prior to shipment with any address corrections.
~If I change the address for the label it will void any and all protection for me as a seller and you as a buyer.
~To receive all paypal purchase protection you need to have a current shipping address listed at the time of purchase. This is a very common error for customers to make and between my two shops and full time job and cannot catch all of the discrepancies for correction prior to shipping. The address needs to be permanently updated through the customer's profile to assure safe and timely delivery with all paypal securities intact.
~I ship within 24-48 hours, if their is a longer delay I will email with a reason.
~Larger items have shipping priced individually as listed.
~Any shipping overage amount paid may be refunded or auto upgraded to priority shipping depending upon individual order.
~I am willing to add services~when available (insurance, tracking) upon request just contact me for a quote.
~I ship USPS Worldwide.
~It's not my goal to profit off shipping but neither do I wish to lose money since shipping costs are high these days.

~Additional .10 shipping costs after priority shipping is reached will be adjusted/refunded at or after payment.
~I strive to make sure that you will never pay more shipping than what is required.
*Express mailing is only way to track international shipments thru the USPS-very expensive*
~(US only) after $5 reached~ upgrade to USPS priority with tracking and I will pack as many items as I can fit into either the small flat rate box or the flat rate envelope. I will contact buyer with final details prior to shipping if I am unable to fit all items ordered.
*Best option ~ order as much as can fit into a small flat rate box/envelope*
~(Mexico/Canada) after $11 same USPS priority upgrade to either small box or flat envelope,
~(Rest of the world) after $13 same USPS priority upgrade to either small box or flat envelope.
~(International)-Best deal, I will pack as much as will fit in the small box/envelope.
US and International: there are larger priority shipping boxes for higher prices if you want more items than will fit inside the small box. Contact and I will quote you a price based on your location.
***International Priority Shipping by USPS does NOT have tracking. Only USPS Express mail has tracking and free insurance and prices start at $25.95 for Mexico and Canada and $27.95 for the rest of the world. I ship it any way you are willing to pay for it.
~If delivery confirmation shows that a package has been delivered that package does not qualify for any amount of refund.
~If there are any problems/damage with your Vintaj or supply item, please contact me and I will strive to fix or improve the situation any way that I am able.
~Real vintage items are sold as is, no exchanges or refunds.
~Supply and Vintaj items are eligible for refund or exchange for the first 7 days after delivery. Vintaj sample packs must be complete and chain must be uncut and full length ordered.
~After 30 days of a purchase the item is no longer eligible for refund or exchange, unless the shipping location is of extreme distance. Those will be addressed on an individual basis.
~I will reserve and item for future purchase for 7 days. After 7 days, if the item is not purchases and no further contact is received from the customer then the item will be relisted.
