I usually ship within 2-3 days of your purchase. Many times sooner. All 8 1/2 X 11 prints are shipped in a protective sleeve, flat in a rigid mailer. Larger prints are shipped rolled.

I want you to like your purchase. I will be happy to refund the purchase price of any item you are not happy with as long as it's returned within 20 days.
