Returns/Refund/Exchanges Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, I do not accept returns. However depending on the situation, an exchange may be available. Refunds are available only in extreme situations. Payment Just a friendly little reminder to please remember payment is due immediately after your purchase. If you are not able to pay right away please contact me and let me know what you'd like and I'll reserve your listing for up to one week. If you do not contact me within 3 days the order will be cancelled. Custom Orders Yes, I will do a custom order. But please keep in mind it may cost more, depending on how custom it is. Example: You request a combination that may not sell; you may have to pay for the whole batch of soap. In that case I will make a small batch to keep both our cost down.
