Thank you for your purchase! The following should help answer any questions you may have about completing your transaction.
I currently accept PayPal for payment. PayPal is a proven secure and safe method of payment. A PayPal account is not neccessary to make payment. Simply select PayPal and scroll down to "Don't have a PayPal Account?" Here you will be asked for payment information using credit card or debit card. It is that simple!
Please send payment within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours the item will be returned to stock and your transaction will be cancelled.
California residents: California wants its sales tax money! So, to comply with the law here in the Golden State I will collect sales tax at the time of purchase.
I know you are eager to receive your new jewelry! Your purchase(s) are shipped USPS First Class within 3 business days after confirmed receipt of your payment.
Package insurance is not included.
Unfortunately, mistakes happen and items may become damaged or lost. In the event you do not receive an item after 30 days or it arrives damaged, please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will see what I can do to help.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I want you to love your purchase! I understand, however, that sometimes an item is not as you imagined. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact me via email within 3 days of receipt. I am more than happy to work with you on a solution.
Store credit or refunds are done after contacting me at email@example.com. Contact must be made within 3 days of receipt of item.
When e-mailing please include the buyer's information, item purchased, reason for return, and request for either a store credit or refund.
If you prefer an exchange (rather than store credit or refund) please let me know and I can pull something of equal value from stock. Because items are one-of-a kind I cannot duplicate a returned item.
All items to be credited, refunded, or exchanged must be returned to French Robin Designs within 7 business days of the purchaser's receipt of the item. THE RETURNED ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED. Credits or refunds will not be given if the item is determined to be damaged, laundered, altered, or missing pieces.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
