All US orders will be mailed a tracking number to your email address once the order has been shipped. We ship all orders within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Our average time to process orders and mail is 48 hours. After we mail your order, it normally takes 3-5 days to reach your address, depending on location. Transit times vary, particularly during peak holiday periods. Please understand that we are not responsible for USPS delays in shipping transit times. Customers also have the option of insuring their package for $1.85 per $100 of merchandise. Please email us for a quote and we can send an additional invoice for the added costs. Postage times can only be guaranteed if a buyer upgrades shipping to USPS Priority or Express Mail services. Priority mail is often economical, starting at $5.00 for guaranteed 2-3 day shipping on small packages to $10.95 and up, for medium, multi-order purchases. USPS Priority International Mail can be expensive and starts at $24.00 with Tracking Number included. NOTE ABOUT DUTIES OR TAXES: The buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes charged by their particular country. Please consult with your country's postal system for information. The customs form will be marked "Merchandise" with no exceptions. Shipping times will vary to international destinations and we cannot guarantee when the shipment may arrive. In our experience, packages usually arrive anywhere between 5 and 14 business days for the UK, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, and France. Australia takes an average of 7 business days. Italy can be problematic and has taken anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks (but luckily we've had no lost packages!)
