My return policy is that stock items are returnable and custom items are not. Mirrors can be heavy and expensive to ship. You are responsible for the shipping. I will send you a free sample of the mirror frame for you to make sure you like it on request. Seeing a sample will make you feel better about your purchase.
If it arrives broken I need to see a digital photo of it so I can remake the item and pack it better. I will contact the shipper and handle the claim from this end. I believe in customer satisfaction. In all these years I have only had one person that I could not please. I believe that if you get a sample of my work there will be no need for returns.
