Shipping ~ I try to ship out same day if purchased before 5pm EST, most times that works! Insurance~ shipping cost includes insurance in the USA. Over Seas~ I will ship the cheapest way,(first class) if you want more than that you must specify and pay the extra! Custom work~ Feel free to ask, if I can do it I certainly will. If I have everything on hand I will make up what you've requested and then send you pics for approval. If I dont have what is needed then I will let you know. Beads are glass and not ment for small children. All of my beads have been annealed, cleaned and inspected by me. Unhappy with your purchase, return it to me for a refund or credit, less shipping charges. Please contact me before returning. Thank you!!
