Shipping; Worldwide shipping I ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. I ship via US Postal Service first class mail - and for an additional charge I can ship via US Priority Mail. I can be reached via the web at needbeads@gmail.com 24 hours a day - 7 days a week and by phone at 951-239-1777. I live in California, so please check time zones before you call :) - I can get a bit grumpy at 3 am! RETURNS - If it ever is necessary to return an order I will provide a full refund, minus shipping costs. Returns must be within 7 days of delivery to your home or studio.
