Welcome! I will try my best to make you happy with your order, which happens easiest where there is good communication. I try to be as responsive as possible to e-mails or convos, usually responding within a day. If you have any issue not listed below, feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do. Thanks!

Payment
If you purchase an item, or would like to reserve an item, and cannot pay right away, please feel free to contact me. I am generally happy to oblige. However, if an item is Reserved or not payed for within 2 weeks time with no communication, I will assume you are no longer interested and cancel the transaction. I am very flexible, usually, if I receive communication.

Shipping
I use USPS first class mail as a default. If you would like to upgrade to priority or overnight, convo me and I can adjust the charges appropriate.

For international shipping:
I ship using First Class mail. Unfortunately, there is no tracking from USPS using this option, so once an item leaves my hands, I cannot take liability for it. However, if you would like to upgrade to priority with tracking, it generally runs about $12.00 (I believe), I can set that up for you if you leave a message or Convo me.

Refunds and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you would like to return an item, you can do so within about 30 days of the ship date and I will refund the whole amount of the item. However, I cannot refund shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders: I am happy to do custom orders for anyone. For this, I communicate with you about what you want. Then, I will create a listing for payment. Once I have received payment, I will make the appropriate changes in a specified timeframe. Before shipment, I generally send a picture or two to ensure it is exactly what you want. If not, I will either make adjustments or refund you.

For wholesale orders, please just convo me and we can discuss terms.
