All orders take 1-4 weeks depending on the item, how busy I am at my "work work", how many orders I am working on, and of course my 2 year old son. He's the boss! If you need a more specific time frame, please feel free to contact me and I can give you a specific time. Also, please let me know ahead of time if you need it by a certain date. I will always try to rush it if it's for a special occasion and you need it ASAP! I try to mark all of the ready to ship items "ready to ship" so that you know that when you make your order. If you are not sure if something is ready to ship or custom order, just ask :-) Thanks!!

Please note that many of my items are custom order and/or made from upcycled, recycled, and re-purposed materials. For this reason, each item will vary from the picture slightly. No two items will ever be EXACTLY the same. If you have preferences, please let me know ahead of time. I am always happy to try to accommodate your requests any way that I can.


Payment:
Paypal is the perferred method of payment. Your payment would be appreciated within 2 days of purchase. Please allow 1-4 weeks for your custom order to be shipped (Depending on the item).

Shipping:
I ship USPS priority mail to the USA. Delivery is typically 2-3 days (except on custom order items, they take 1-4 weeks). If you would like a different form of delivery or you would like international shipping, just contact me for pricing. I always suggest and encourage shipping insurance. I cannot be responsible for items, once they are with the United States Postal Service.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Generally, I do not accept returns, except in "special" circumstances. Please don't hesitate to convo me though. I am always open for discussion. I do what you to be happy with your purchase. In those special circumstances when I do offer a refund or exchange, when I get the returned item back, you will either be granted a store credit of the same value of total price, exchange of item, or a refund of the amount paid (all are minus shipping costs. I don't cover postal fees).

Additional Policies and FAQs:
Most of my items are custom or made to order (Bathroom Sets, Crib Sets, most clothing, etc.) so once I receive your order I will contact you within 48 hours to discuss any of your requested details (if their are any). Any special requests should be convo'ed before making your purchase and noted in the "Notes To Seller" box when purchasing and making your payment.
