Custom Orders:
I'm always happy to work with designers to create beads that meet their needs. There is never any commitment to purchase.

Quality:
I used a variety of glasses to create unique, high quality, functional qlass beads that will add a splash of sparkle to your jewelry. All of my beads are kiln (digital controlled) annealed directly after I make them (they are not batched annealed at a later time).

Payment:
I accept PayPal, checks, and money orders.

US Shipping:
I ship items with USPS first class mail Priority mail is available upon request and will be an additional charge.

US Tracking and Insurance:
All US orders are shipped with delivery confirmation through PayPal. This is a nice feature because you can easily track the status of your package. Free USPS insurance is included on orders over $50 (available for US mailing addresses only).

Shipping Address:
We ship using PayPal and will ship to your default PayPal address. Please add a note during checkout if you need the package shipped to a location that is different than your PayPal address.

International Tracking and Insurance:
Tracking and insurance on international orders can be added to your package upon request. You will need to contact me to get a quote as these extra services can be quite expensive if they are available for your country. Once the package is safely delivered to my local post office, I cannot be responsible for missing international orders, so please consider these options.

International Customs:
We declare all purchases as Merchandise and put the purchase price on the customs slip. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We can ship your order in multiple packages so the declared value is less, however, additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds and Exchanges
All my items are covered under my 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. You can return items purchased from me for any reason and I will offer a full refund of the purchase price. Just contact me within 30 days of purchase.
