We guarantee your 100% satisfaction! PAYMENT POLICY: All payments are expected within 48 hours or we will need to re-list the item. We use PayPal, which is the most easy and safe way to purchase on-line. You can also use your credit card through PayPal, just follow the instructions for that when you click into PayPal. Please contact us if you have questions regarding PayPal. We also accept Money-orders and personal checks. We will need to receive your check or money order and have those clear, before we send you the item. If you choose this form of payment, please contact us to let us know. REFUNDS: Refunds are gladly given for any damaged goods via shipping etc. All of our pieces are professionally finished with quality stringing wire, crimps and wire guards where possible. Our craftsmanship is guaranteed. Please contact us first before returning an item with specifics. We will make every effort to accommodate you. SHIPPING: We use a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping (necklaces) Also, the flat rate box can fit more than one item, so any multiple purchases can fit nicely. $2.30 for earrings and bracelets within the contingent US. (Hawaii, Alaska etc., will have a higher shipping rate so please contact/email before you purchase so that we can give you a quote.) (PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, all of our necklaces are mailed in a USPS Flat Rate box. Our pendants and Silver smith pendants all require extra cushion so nothing is crushed.) We do ship internationally, if you don't see your country, please email and we will gladly give a quote. This is a work in progress. So far, outside of the US, we ship to the UK,Canada and Australia.
