PAYMENTS Payments are due at the time of purchase. Products will be shipped once payment is received. Payments can be made by using Paypal, money order, or cash if picking up in person. REFUNDS All sales are final. Please inspect your wreath as soon as you receive it for any possible damages. If needed, I will replace the wreath with a simular one. Most of my wreaths are OOAK. Contact me for further instructions if this should happen. SHIPPING Wreaths are shipped when payment is received and cleared. Wreaths are shipped in a box sized for the wreath only. Therefore, I cannot combine orders. If you have any questions about quick delivery, email me for additional costs. My products ship from USA. I only ship within the USA. CARE OF WREATH I recommend hanging the wreath under a covered porch to protect it from the direct weather. This helps to prolong the beauty of the wreath. Most of the embelishments are waterproof, but can fade from sun exposure. Mailbox swags are waterproof but will fade over a long period of time. SPECIAL ORDERS Custom wreath orders are welcomed.
