If you have a problem with an item that you have purchased from me, PLEASE contact me immediately! It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. I ship jewelry and smaller items via USPS, but I will also ship via UPS. Please let me know if you wish to have your item insured. If I have charged more that the item ships for, I will return the excess charges to you. I will be happy to combine shipping charges. I will ship outside of the US if items comply with your country's customs regulations. Please contact me for shipping charges BEFORE you purchase an item and I will add them. I will give a discount to you on jewelry and items which ship for free within the US.
