Payment

Paypal, Money Orders - NO personal checks please.

Please no mark outs on money orders as my bank will not take any that have been marked through. Items will ship upon arrival of payment.

Payments must be received within 7 DAYS or the sale will be cancelled.

Shipping

All orders over $50 receive free shipping.

Items will ship as soon as item is made. Usually within 24 hours for bows unless certain materials/ribbons are out of stock. Personalized dog tags or pendants may take up to one week to ship due to resin drying time. Customer will be notified if there is a delay in shipping the item.

I ship with US Postal service and I use first class parcel shipping. If you need the item shipped priority mail or other means additional shipping charges will apply. Please email if you need your purchased shipped by other means than first class parcel.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be given ONLY if item is not as described in listing or defective. A refund will only be processed once I receive the item back.

CHEERLEADING BOW ORDERS

I make cheerleading bows for many schools across the country. No order is too big or too small! Please note that September is my busiest month for cheerleading orders. I work on cheerleading orders on a "first come, first serve" basis.

PENDANTS

The scrabble tile pendants, rectangle wooden pendants, glass pendants, and marble pendants have been sealed with sealer and/or resin. However, this does NOT make them completely waterproof. It is not recommended to shower or swim while wearing the pendants.

BOTTLECAP NECKLACES (PARTY FAVORS)

I do offer discounts if you are buying 10 or more bottlecap necklaces for party favors. Please email me if you are interested (cost - $4.00 each plus free shipping).

Crafters, Bow Makers

My bow styles listed in my shop are my ideas and my creations. I strive to tie my bows different than anyone else so please do not copy my bows or ideas as you would not want someone copying yours.
