Made to Order items will take 3-5 days to create and ship. I'm very quick with my orders so it will not be any longer than that, unless we have discussed otherwise. I will send you a shipping notification once your item(s) have been shipped. I use Canada Post! Item returns are accepted no later than 30 days from delivery. I will either do an exchange, store credit or refund. If your item(s) get lost in the abyss of the Universe, I will remake your order and re-ship it. If your item(s) were OOAK (one of a kind), I will do a store credit. I will only give a full refund if the items are returned to me.
