Hello & Welcome! Thank you for visiting Into the Dawn Designs; I hope you have found an absolutely irresistible item here for yourself; or for a friend or relative.

My creations come from a smoke-free home, but please be aware that my small house is cat-friendly and it is not always possible to keep them out of my studio.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am happy to create custom items, just ask! I require a deposit of 50% total cost before work begins, and the remaining 50% + shipping costs must be paid before item ships. Please note: All sales are final with custom orders.

PAYMENTS

Currently, I accept PayPal and money orders. I appreciate instant payment if using PayPal. If PayPal payment is not received within 48 hours, item will be re-listed.

If paying by money order, please be sure to mark that option during check out or otherwise notify me so that I know to expect your money order in the mail. Money order payments must arrive within 5 business days or item will be re-listed.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING

Items will ship via USPS, 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. Delivery confirmation is always included in shipping price.

I feel there is enough waste in the world, therefore I try to reuse/recycle shipping materials whenever possible, however-- rest assured that the gift box/bag your items come in are NEW!

RETURNS

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have concerns, please contact me immediately. RETURNS on non-custom items will be accepted within five business days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused, re-saleable condition! Shipping costs will not be refunded; return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
