I ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays...and blizzard days. I use Oversize Letter-post Airmail through Canada Post. This method is charged by weight and does not provide a tracking number. Once an order has been paid for I will weigh it and then refund any overpayment ASAP. I have a postal scale so if you would prefer to know before hand how much S&H will be on multiple item orders please copy item URLs into an e-mail and I will give you an exact amount. Average delivery times Within Canada 3 to 6 business days US destinations 9 to 16 business days International 9 to *21 business days *It may take up to 8 weeks depending on destination, anywhere in South and Central America and Asia as an example. *As I have no control over what happens to packages once they enter the postal system I will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail. It is very rare for items to be truly lost in the mail. In the last 7 years of selling on-line I have only had one lost order and that was because the wrong address was provided by the customer. This order was to a South American destination. *All items are enclosed in a card pouch and shipped in a tamper-proof bubble envelope. If your item is damaged but the packaging is in tact please take a digital photo of the packaging and item and then e-mail them to me for assessment at wanittar@shaw.ca
