All merchandise is warrantied for a period of 14 days from time of purchase.

Warranty covers workmanship of product. These are handmade products that are lovingly and carefully crafted. Sometimes, these pieces are more delicate than the purchaser is aware of and things happen. Please refer to the care instructions at www.janinedesign.com/Refund-Policy.html

If you have a return, please send back the product in it's original packaging. Customer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise communicated with the owner.

If you ordered a custom name bracelet (mom-bracelets.com) it cannot be returned except for repair, (reasons stated above).

If you have any problems with our products, please notify us immediately. We want you to be happy with our products.

If a product is returned we will examine it, if it is damaged because of our workmanship, you will receive a refund, minus shipping charges or a replacement (whichever you prefer).

If the damage is not due to my workmanship ( for example: faulty clasps, cracked glass bead etc.) you will receive a credit for the amount of the purchase, minus shipping which you can use toward another product.
