Jen and Company Too is a family of artists bringing you our best work. We make beaded stone and glass jewelry, macrame jewelry, and artworks of various kinds. All items sold in our Etsy shop are handmade by either Jen and Dennis (macrame jewelry), Edan (child artwork), or Carlene (beaded jewelry). Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Payment:
We accept Paypal and money orders as forms of payment. Please pay for your items within 3 days of purchase. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.

We can reserve items for you if you contact us through email first. Reasonable requests will always be granted. We can hold your items for up to 1 week (7 days).

Shipping:
All jewelry items will be carefully boxed and mailed inside bubble mailers. All child artworks are shipped in sturdy cardboard document or photo mailers.

All items will be shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance. While we try to ship your item within 3 business days after we receive your payment, sometimes this is not possible due to work, post office schedules, or illness. We will always make sure your package arrives in a timely manner and as our schedule permits.

If you need your item right away, please let us know at checkout. We can certainly ship your item to you as fast as the USPS allows, but we will need to send you an invoice for the revised shipping costs.

We will ship internationally, just contact us for a shipping quote and give us your address and we can find out how much it will be to ship to you.

We like to reuse packaging materials as much as possible. Your items will always come to you packaged securely and professionally. In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we will only give an invoice if you request one. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!

Refunds and Exchanges:
Although we would prefer to exchange your item, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us. While we will not pay for the item to be shipped back to us, we can refund your money for the cost of the items you purchased through paypal. This process can take up to 10 business days.

If your item has not reached you within 10 business days, please contact us and we can either send you a replacement, refund, or contact the USPS. We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost by the USPS.

Is your item a gift? We can ship directly to your loved ones, just send us an email with the shipping information.

We welcome custom orders! We'd be happy to design jewelry for you with your color scheme or your very own pendant or beads. We can also do custom child artworks or photorealistic pencil portraits from your pictures, just ask us for examples of our custom work... we'd be happy to show you what we've done!

Our items come from pet friendly environments. While we don't let our pets lay directly in our work and we inspect our work thoroughly before shipping, fur happens. Our homes are smoke free.
