Payments:

I would like everyone to make their payments within 3 days. If you are going to be a little late, please let me know.

Shipping:

Shipments are made just about every day Monday-Friday. Most button orders will make it out the following business day.
Lots of times I get them out the same day, and on very rare occasions, it can take 2 days.
All my switch plates and epoxy finished items are made to order and can take up to a week to ship out.
You can assume everything will be shipped via USPS first class with shipping confirmation. That means there will be tracking available.
Upgrades are possible if you're willing to cover the additional funds.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Anytime I send you something and it is wrong, let me know right away, so I can fix it as soon as possible.
