Shipping I ship USPS First Class. If you want to upgrade I am happy to do that, please send me a convo. I usually will ship within 2-4 business days, if there is some strange reason why I can't I will let you know right away. Refunds and Exchanges I cannot be held responsible for things that get lost in the mail.....I will double check and make sure I got your address right. We will work something out... I am nice. I will repair your jewelry for up to 30 days after purchase. Some of my jewelry is fragile, so please be careful! Most jewelry is fragile and should be handled and stored with care. All sales are final. I will consider an exchange if you have a realllly good reason :) Additional Policies and FAQs I work really hard to give you a wonderful byers' experience. I care very deeply about my work. If you have a problem with a transaction, PLEASE contact me and let's work something out. I do consider wholesale inquiries.
