As to policies, one of the great things about having your own business is...you don't have to get bogged down in the rules/policies. There are, however, guidelines that will make this process pleasant and easy for both of us.



* PayPal is our payment of choice.



* Once payment is confirmed, I will begin to process your order. If your purchase is an item from the Joybird Studio Artfire site, it will ship within 48 hours of confirmation of purchase. If your purchase is a special order, please allow three (3) weeks for delivery.



* We allowed $6.00 for shipping for all items as that appeared to be a middle of the road charge. Should your shipping charges be more than $1.00 less than the $6.00 average, monies will be refunded to you. If the regular shipping is more than $7.00 we will need to charge you the difference. In other words...we aren't going to quibble over a dollar either way.



* All items will be packaged to insure safe delivery and shipped via U.S.P.S. If you have special shipping instructions or have a specific time frame, please contact us directly. Additional shipping may be needed.



* All items will be shipped with a tracking number. If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please contact us directly so that we can begin the search.



* If your item is damaged when received, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt. I will request that the item be shipped backed to Joybird Studios and a new item will be sent to you with no additional shipping charged to you.



The creation of these handbound books is an intensly personal process. We pride ourselves in both our creative process and the contruction of each and every book.
