Naturalista products are handmade and made-to-order. Simply put, we do not stock our products and wait to sell them. They are created as the orders are placed. This is important to you for two reasons. First, the integrity of the organic ingredients is a key driver in our production process. We cannot keep our promise of all natural ingredients and mass produce our products at this time. Secondly, the production of products as orders happen, impact the timing of delivery. Recommended ArtFire policy is that you do not advertise items you don't actually have so we can mix a batch of products and list a small amount at a time. Depending on the product, we can yield approximately 35-40 selling units per batch. It takes approximately 5 days to mix a custom batch of most products and another 3 days for packaging and shipping.
10 Day Shipping Promise
It is our promise to ship Naturalista Cosmetics products within 10 business days of order. This does not include weekends because we are closed. Depending on the volume of orders, this can be shorter but we will ensure that it will
not be longer. You will get a notification that gives you the reassurance that your product is on the way. Occasionally, we will run special offers and our 10 day promise does not apply during those times. We will let you know exactly how much time to expect when you place the order and it will be communicated on the site and in all our communication channels. In order to bring you these special deals, we need your understanding and patience on the extra time it will take to fulfill. All purchases are final, no exceptions.
Please pop us a note if you come to the site and do not see the product you are looking for. We can promptly start a batch and list it within 3 business days.
All orders are shipped to the address provided through pay-pal unless requested otherwise. If you would like your package sent to a different address, please contact me at the time of order.
All orders are shipped by either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on the weight.Also, postal workers are not perfect, and sometimes things can go wrong, so if you would like to purchase insurance please let me know at the time of order. Important: We are not responsible for missing/lost packages even though we have a tracking confirmation that your item has been delivered. We cannot simply "resend" your package.

Your satisfaction is my top priority. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, returns cannot be accepted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send me a convo to discuss a replacement or store credit. You may be responsible for additional shipping and handling charges.
